Return/Exchange Policy
- We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed products with original tags within 30Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Delivery Charges will be deducted at the time of refund on orders that already include delivery charges.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent to SAJALO P-406- Block E, Main boulevard Road, Pia Housing Society, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Any item that is found to be damaged will not be exchanged or returned.
